We design a proof of concept (PoC) to verify the effectiveness of the proposed solutions. We clearly define the purpose, methods, duration, and evaluation metrics of the experiment and reach a mutual agreement.

We actually implement the designed proof of concept. In this stage, we introduce the technology, collect data, and conduct verification.

We analyze the results of the proof of concept and evaluate whether the proposed solution is effective in solving the problem. We make an objective judgment using the evaluation metrics set in advance.

We report the results of the PoC and propose future prospects and specific implementation plans. Based on the results of the PoC, it becomes possible to make a decision on the introduction of advanced technology.
